Gentle casserole with peaches
I'd like to share a recipe incredibly tender and tasty, tender and light cheese casserole. Special flavor add succulent peaches and pears. I'm sure that your kids will devour a healthy dish for both cheeks, and adults, I think, will get a lot of pleasure from the taste serving breakfast or dinner. Let us give lightness casserole using eggs. In the recipe you will find a few secrets of cooking.
Ingredients:
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 130 g sugar
- pinch salt
- 5 medium peaches
- 2 pears
- 3 Art. l. semolina
Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes + 40 minutes active on baking.
Method of preparation:
The first thing we separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins send in a clean, dry bowl, immediately ready for whipping. Put the yolks in a refractory bowl, add the sugar and whisk whisk weight on a steam bath. In a small saucepan, pour water so that then bowl does not touch the water. The whole secret is that the sugar has dissolved and uniformly distributed in the curd.
Cottage cheese through a sieve or frays passed through a blender. I use an immersion for this purpose. If the cheese is too hard, add a couple tablespoons of sour cream or a little milk.
In cottage cheese introduce the yolks with the sugar. Squirrels, beat with a pinch of salt until fluffy resistant foam and introduce them very carefully in the curd. Immediately put a measured amount of semolina.
Half of the resulting mass lay out in a baking dish, peaches cut into thin plates, spread on cheese.
Next, put the remaining cottage cheese, spread on top of thinly sliced pears.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. It is important to leave to cool in the casserole form. Do not try to remove it hot, it just falls apart. I wish you all enjoy your meal!
