Tender cottage cheese and apple casserole
100 g fat-free yogurt
1 egg
1 apple
1 Art. l. wheat crackers
1 Art. l. brown sugar
1 h. l. olive oil
salt
Wipe the curd through a sieve.
Clear apple from the skin, rub on a coarse grater, mix with bread crumbs, sugar and egg until smooth, then combine and mix with cottage cheese.
Mold for baking grease, put the prepared mass.
