Cottage cheese casserole with carrots
Ingredients:
300 g cottage cheese
2 pcs. egg
80 g boiled carrots
20 g butter
vanilla - on the tip of a knife
salt
20 g honey
15 g seedless raisins
100 g water
Cottage cheese through a sieve, add the salt, vanilla, eggs, butter and mix well. Carrot Grate and combine with cream cheese. The resulting mass is put into a greased form and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with sauce.
For the sauce, washed raisins pour hot water, cook until tender, rub, bring to a boil, cool and combine with honey.
