Baked cottage cheese, vegetables and fruit
Ingredients:
500 g cottage cheese
8 pcs. apples - 7
1 glass raisins
200 g fig
2 pcs. egg
150 g butter
1/2 glass sugar
2.5 Art. l. semolina
4 pcs. carrots - 3
250 g spinach
1.5 glass sour cream
Chop fine julienne carrots and cook with butter and a little water until cooked, add chopped spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
Apples and figs chop, combine with vegetables and one egg and mix.
Curd rub through a sieve, mix with semolina, sugar, eggs and raisins.
In a greased form Put a layer of cheese, then a layer of fruit and vegetable mixture over cheese layer and a layer of a mixture of (4 layers), align the top, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven.
Serve with sour cream.
