Rice casserole with cheese and fruit
Ingredients:
1 glass rice (barley)
2 glass milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
1.5 l water
200 g cottage cheese
3 Art. l. sugar
3 pcs. egg
3 pcs. apples
1 vanilla sugar - a pinch
80 g raisins
1 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs

Figure loop through, wash and cook crumbly mess on milk diluted with water. Cooled to 60-70 � C, add the grated cheese pudding, whipped with sugar in a lush foam 2 eggs, vanilla, and moved stewed raisins and peeled skin and seeds and diced apples. All mix and place in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form. Lubricate the surface of sour cream mixed with egg and bake in the oven at 220-230 � C until golden brown.
Before serving, cut the pudding into squares and serve with strawberry jam.
