Ingredients:

440 g millet

1 pcs. pumpkin

1 l milk

2 Art. l. sugar

2 pcs. egg

200 g pitted prunes

2 Art. l. sour cream

20 butter

Rump to loop a few times wash in hot water. Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into small cubes.

Milk, bring to a boil, put the pumpkin, salt, sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle in millet and cook until done at low heat. At the end of cooking, add half the rate of the oil, cool slightly and mix with eggs (one yolk left).

In a greased form, place half of porridge and lay prunes. Top with remaining pudding. Smooth the surface, brush with a mixture of sour cream with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 230 � C until golden brown.

When submitting a casserole pour the melted butter.
