Millet Pudding
600 g milk

200 g millet
100 g butter
3 eggs
2 cracker
cream
Millet to sort and rinse well, then 3 more times wash in hot water, pour into a container, pour the milk, put in a hot oven and let the porridge well rested.
Put cereal in a cup, let cool, add the egg yolks, salt, butter, mix well.
Proteins separately whisk, gently stir in the cereal.
Baking dish greased pudding, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put millet mass and bake in a preheated to an average temperature oven until cooked.
Before serving, sprinkle with sugar millet pudding and served with whipped cream (optional).
