Rice pudding with onion sauce and millet
2 cup water
1.2 cup small rice
1/2 cup millet
1/2 tsp salt
Onion sauce:
1.5 cup soy milk

1/2 head onions
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
2.5 tsp salt
ground black pepper
Rinse thoroughly with millet and rice, pour into a saucepan, pour water, add salt and leave for 20 minutes, cover with a lid, over medium heat, bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes to put fire to the maximum, then reduce the heat to low, boil rice millet for 20 minutes, then another 10 seconds to increase the heat to high, remove the pan from the heat, put on a kitchen towel, leave for 20 minutes.
Onions cleaned, cut into small pieces, put in a preheated pan with oil, fry on low heat until light brown color, stirring constantly, add the flour and fry for 1-2 minutes, pour the milk, bring to a boil, add pepper and salt, remove the sauce from heat.
Put cooked rice with millet in a baking dish, pour the sauce, bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven temperature to medium.
Rice casserole served with onion sauce and millet because: hot cut into pieces, immediately decomposed in portions on a plate and decorated with greenery.
