Millet porridge "Sweet grandma" under the jam
100 ml milk
50 g jam
10 g raisins
1 egg white raw
2,5 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. millet
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. crackers
1 tsp. butter
? tsp. sour cream
? tsp. ground cinnamon
Millet cereal rinse, mix with sugar, water and milk, cook sticky mess, let it cool slightly and add the raisins and cinnamon.
Egg white whip in the stable foam, gently stir in the porridge.
Baking dish greased with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the porridge to fill the form in ? height.
Coat the cereal on top of sour cream, cook until Browning at medium heat.
