Millet porridge with cream cheese
2/3 glass milk or water
1/2 glass cottage cheese
1/3 glass millet
2 tbsp. yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
salt
Scalding millet, fill it with boiling water or milk, add sugar, salt, cook gruel.
Giving millet porridge to cool slightly, add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
