Millet porridge, cottage cheese
2/3 glass milk or water
? glass cottage cheese
1/3 glass millet
2 Art. l. yogurt or sour cream
1 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. butter
salt
Scald and pour boiling milk millet. Add sugar, salt and cook porridge, cool.
Add to the finished porridge cheese, butter, yogurt and mix.
Serve.
