Pancakes on millet porridge
400 g millet
25 g yeast
2.5 glass millet flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 glass buckwheat flour
2 h. l. sugar
oil
salt
In the evening wash millet hot water, then boil water gruel, to 4 glasses of lukewarm porridge add millet flour and yeast, leave overnight.
Add dough buckwheat flour, 2 teaspoon sugar and salt, knead the dough, leave it to come.
The dough should be diluted with boiling water until desired thickness for 15 minutes before baking pancakes.
Bake pancakes on millet porridge in the pan, buttered on both sides.
