Millet porridge, cabbage "Grandma"
300 g sauerkraut
200 g millet grains
2 onions
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. lard
Wash the cabbage water, boil for 20 minutes over low heat, then drain the water.
Onions clean, chop and fry in lard.
Share on cabbage millet cereal on top - onions, add 2 cups of boiling water, vegetable oil, boil porridge without stirring, about half an hour.
When wheat is ready, porridge mix, remove from heat and wrap in a towel for a few minutes.
Served millet porridge, cabbage "Grandma's" hot.
