56 g or millet

100 ml milk

85 ml water for porridge semolina or rice



80 ml for millet

10 g sugar

5 g butter

4 g the wheat crackers

40 g apples (pears or apricots, plums)

3 g sour cream

1/5 PCs eggs

75 ml sauce apricot or cranberry

Milk is boiled thick porridge, add eggs, sugar and mix all. On a baking sheet or pan, buttered and sprinkled with bread crumbs, put half of the porridge, top - peeled apples (apricots or plums, pitted). Then the fruit cover with remaining cereal. Surface lubricated with a mixture of eggs with sour cream, baked in the oven. The finished pudding cool slightly and cut into rectangles. Served with apricot sauce or cranberry.
