Semolina porridge with fruit puree
For porridge:
10 g Semolina;
100 ml Milk;
100 ml Water;
5 ml The sugar syrup;
5 g Butter;
For the puree:
200 g Fruit (Apple, pear, peach);
Semolina in a thin stream, pour in the boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes at low heat stirring constantly. After that pour the lukewarm milk and bring it all to a boil. Slices of peeled fruit through a sieve and mix with sugar syrup. In the finished porridge, slightly cool, add mashed potatoes and mix everything carefully. Immediately add butter.
