Semolina porridge with cranberry sauce

2 glass milk

1 tsp. vanilla sugar

To prepare the sauce:
glass ? water
60 g cranberry
1 orange (zest)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. starch
Bring milk to boil, add vanilla and sugar, salt and trickle stir in semolina. Cook porridge until thick, stirring constantly.
Preparation of sauce: squeeze the juice of cranberries, berries, cover with water and cook for 3 minutes
Strain the broth, add the sugar, pressed juice, orange zest and bring to a boil, in a thin stream, pour the starch, pre-diluted in cold water, simmer for 5 minutes
Before serving, pour the semolina porridge cooked cranberry sauce.
