Semolina porridge with carrots
400 g carrots
4 glass milk
1 glass semolina
2 Art. l. butter
2 Art. l. sugar
salt
Carrot peel, grate, add the butter and sugar, put out about an hour on low heat, pour the milk, bring everything to a boil, add the semolina and mix.
Until cooked semolina porridge with carrots brought in for half an hour in the oven, served immediately.
