1.7 l Low-fat cream;

200 g Semolina;

100 g Nuts;

150 g Sugar;

2 Art. l. Breadcrumbs;

1 pcs. Egg;

Salt

Grind nuts in a blender. 700 ml cream pour into a saucepan, put in the oven and remove the rosy foam.

Remaining liters of cream is mixed with 120 grams of salt and sugar, bring to the boil. Pour a thin stream of semolina and bring until thick, stirring occasionally.

In chilled porridge add egg, mix well.

Form for baking grease, put it in half cereal, then - shot with cream foam, nuts, and the rest of the porridge. Sprinkle with sugar and breadcrumbs and bake until golden brown at 220? C.

Garnish with fruit or jam.
