Semolina pudding with jam
200 ml boiled water
150 ml milk
50 g semolina
10 g sugar
5 g butter
? eggs
jam
Combine in a saucepan with milk and water, stir and bring to a boil, pour a thin stream of semolina, boil for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring, add half the sugar, remove from heat.
Give porridge to cool slightly, put the butter,? yolk, stir.
Protein shake up in foam, add half a mess, mix gently.
Lubricated silicone molds, put semolina mixture, sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Baked pudding made of semolina and jam for about 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven, watered jam before serving.
