The semolina pudding with carrots
Ingredients:
160 g semolina
400 g water
200 g milk

200 g carrots
80 g butter
24 g sugar
4 g salt
Carrots grate and simmered until tender.
Cook viscous porridge on the water, add hot milk, salt, sugar, prepared carrots, stir, slightly cool, and enter the eggs. Mass mix well, put in a greased form and bake for 25-30 minutes.
When submitting porridge put on a dish, pour melted butter.
Output for 1 serving 250/10, B - 7.0 g, G - 5.0 g, 40,0, K - 330,0 kcal.
