Casserole of carrots and cottage cheese
Ingredients:
450 g carrot
80 g milk

20 g butter
40 g semolina
200 g low-fat cottage cheese
50 g eggs
20 g sugar
80 g sour cream
Slice carrots, simmered in milk with oil until soft. Then sprinkle in the semolina and cook another 20 minutes, cool slightly.
Mixture rub through a sieve, add the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and mix.
The resulting mass lay out a form, oiled, and bake at 180-200 � C until golden brown.
When submitting a casserole dish lay on and pour sour cream.
Output for 1 portion of 160/20 B - 13.2 g, F - 14.3 g, Y - At 22.3 - 270.0 kcal.
