Cottage cheese casserole - recipe approved by kids!
500 g cottage cheese
1 egg
3 Art. l. sour cream
3-4 Art. l. sugar
2-3 Art. l. semolina
100 g raisins
3 Art. l. oils
0.5 h. l. salt
vanillin
Rubbed through a sieve large curds. Beat egg and sugar. Add it to the frayed cottage cheese, then semolina, melted butter, sour cream, raisins, salt and vanilla.
The resulting mass is spread on a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs pan, align, lubricating cream and sprinkled with oil. Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes. We serve kids with sour cream or berry syrup.
This cottage cheese casserole get a very gentle and soft, the baby with ease and pleasure it will have.
