Recipe from persimmon puddings and cottage cheese
3 pcs. persimmon
500 g cottage cheese
200 g jam liquid
1 pcs. egg
1/2 glass semolina
1 Art. l. butter
2 Art. l. sugar
2 Art. l. sour cream
1 Art. l. dried, ground
Persimmon peel and cut into small cubes.
Grated cheese combine with egg, sugar, semolina, stir and leave to swell for 30 minutes, then add the persimmon.
In a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form put cooked weight, smooth, spread sour cream and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
When submitting a casserole cut into portions and pour the jam.
