Children of cheese casserole and persimmon
For the dough:
500 g cottage cheese
100 g butter
glass floor sugar
5-7 Art. l. semolina
teaspoon vanilla sugar
Filling:
4 persimmon
glass third of the sugar
Triturated into a homogeneous mass of butter, sugar and cheese. Was added a solution of vanillin, or vanilla sugar.
Remove the bones from persimmon for filling and crushed it in a blender. Can be cut in small slices. Then mix it with sugar.
Lubricates vegetable oil form casserole and sprinkle it semolina. We spread the cottage cheese into a mold and gently flatten. Laid on top of the filling of persimmons and sugar. Sprinkle with the remnants of semolina.
Casserole cook for 40 minutes at 180 � C.
