3 PCs persimmon

500 g cheese

200 g jam liquid

1 PCs egg

1/2 glass semolina

1 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. sour cream

1 tbsp. dried ground

Persimmon peel and cut into small cubes.

Grated cheese combine the egg, sugar, semolina, stir and leave to swell for 30 minutes, then add lemon juice.

In a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form to put the prepared weight, smooth, lubricated with sour cream and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

When serving, cut the pudding into portions and pour the jam.
