Casserole pancakes
What you need:
For pancakes:
200 ml milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
50 g butter
0,5 glass flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
0,5 tsp. salt
50 ml vegetable oil
For the filling:
150 g candied fruits
150 g candied cherries
100 ml white dessert wines
2 eggs
150 g powdered sugar
400 g granulated cottage cheese
1 tsp. starch
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
For the sauce:
200 ml sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
Eggs, salt, sugar and softened butter to mix, pour half of the warm milk, add half of the sifted flour and stir. The remaining milk and add the flour alternately in small portions, stirring, until a homogeneous mass.
Bake pancakes on a well-heated pan, previously greased with vegetable oil.
Candied fruit and cherry wash, put in a saucepan, pour the wine and put on medium heat, warm up for 10 minutes allow to cool, strain. Decoction save.
Granulated cottage cheese in a sieve and leave for 5 min to separate Yolks from whites. Mix yolks with sugar, add the cheese, starch, vanilla sugar, candied fruit and stir. The proteins shake in a solid foam, to enter into the cheese mass and stir
To prepare the cream sauce. Sour cream mixed with sugar, add 1 tbsp. wine broth and stir.
Pancakes put layers in the form accurately, each with cottage cheese. Pour sour cream sauce, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180�C.
