Easter with candied fruit
We will need to prepare:
1 kg cottage cheese
200 g candied fruit
Lemon and orange peel
50 g ground almonds
200 g butter

3 eggs (yolks)
1 glass sugar
Vanilla to taste

Dry and fresh cheese rub through a sieve. Chop half of candied lemon and orange peel into small cubes, chop and clean almonds and vanilla, then mix it all. After that beaten-hot oil mixed with cottage cheese.
Then warmed cream, whisk the egg yolks into the foam with sugar, mixing it in the egg cream. All of this heat, stirring occasionally, but not boiling. Kastyurlyu put in a water bath until cool.
