Candied ginger cream

1,5 Cup cream 35%

1/10 Cup candied ginger

1/10 Cup orange candied fruits

3 tbsp. powdered sugar vanilla

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

How can smaller chopped candied ginger.

Cream well cooled, using a blender or mixer to whip into a thick foam, add the ground ginger, vanilla sugar, beat again.

Put in the ice-cream bowls of chopped candied ginger, wet whipped cream, decorate with candied ginger cream and candied orange.
