Frozen cheese cake
Ingredients:
cream
200 g sugar
500 g cheese
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
150 g seedless raisins
50 g candied lemon peel
100 g dried apricots
5 tbsp. pine nuts peeled
5 tbsp. pistachios, peeled
100 g bitter chocolate
1 biscuit ready - cake
2 tbsp. the cherry liqueur
Wipe curd through a sieve, mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Cream shake, mix it with cottage cheese, put 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Raisins, wash, drain. Candied finely chop, leaving some large pieces for decoration. Dried apricots rinse, cover for 30 minutes with hot water, then drain and finely chop. Nuts grind, leaving part of the whole cores for processing. Chocolate break into small pieces. Prepared ingredients, add the cheese, stir.
Cake slice 5x7 cm, thickness 1 cm High form vystelit half slices of sponge cake, pour 1 tablespoon of the liqueur.
On top put the cheese, cover with the remaining slices of cake, pour the liqueur. The cake set for 3 hours in the freezer.
When serving, put the cake on a plate, decorate with nuts and candied fruit or marmalade Orange and lemon slices".
