Berry cheese cake with pistachios
Ingredients:
10 PCs bread
250 g strawberry
125 g raspberry
125 g blueberries
300 g fat cottage cheese and fat-free - 500 g
150 g butter
1 glass sugar
2 tsp. gelatin
1 vanilla - pinch
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 glass cream
2 tbsp. pistachios chopped
Bread chop, mix with butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. The form of split cover paper for baking, and put into it a lot.
The remaining sugar mix with cream cheese and vanilla. Gelatin will dissolve in the juice, and then type in cheese cream. Cream shake and enter into the cream. Berries, wash, peel, strawberries cut in half. A few berries leave for clearance.
6 tablespoons cream place in a pastry bag. Put on cake 1/2 of the cream, then berries and remaining cream. Decorate the cake with cream and put on 4 hours in the refrigerator. Complete pending berries and pistachios.
