Berry-nut cake
Ingredients:
1,5 glass wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
250 g strawberry
200 g the almond kernels
125 g butter
1 glass sugar
2 PCs egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder for the dough for the dough
1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
500 g cream 33% fat
salt to taste
Oil, mix with 1/2 Cup sugar and salt, add egg and beat. Add flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar, nuts (putting aside a few pieces) and mix.
Heat the oven to 175 �C. put the dough in a greased form and bake for 30 minutes. Cool in the form.
Berries loop, rinse, drain.
Cream whisk the remaining sugar, type part of the berries.
The cake enclose in a ring-shaped cake. Put on cake cream, top decorate with almonds and berries and refrigerate for 1 hour.
