Sour cream cake with raspberries
2 eggs
1 glass sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 glass 1 / vegetable oil
2 cups flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 Art. l. baking powder
1 or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, to taste
2 glass 1 and 1/2 - raspberry
Preheat the oven to 175 � C
Combine the sour cream, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla.
In another bowl, sift the flour and baking powder.
All the mix.
In a greased form pour half of the dough and put half the berries, then pour the remaining batter and place the remaining berries.
Bake 45 minutes, until evenly golden brown surface of the cake.
Allow to stand for ten minutes and shift into a bowl and refrigerate.
