Pudding with berries
Ingredients:
200 g berries (gooseberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries, raspberries)
100 g sugar
3 Art. l. honey
150 g vanilla biscuits
100 g thick cream
3 pcs. eggs
1/4 glass milk

1 glass sour cream
1/4 h. l. Ground cinnamon
1/4 h. l. vanilla sugar
Crush crackers, half lay in shape. Place berries on top, sprinkle with sugar their part, then the remaining breadcrumbs.
Egg yolks separated from whites, connect with cream, milk, honey, vanilla sugar and whisk.
Whisk the egg whites to a froth with a piece of sugar, enter the egg and cream mixture, stir, put in the form of crumbs on top and bake until done.
Whisk the sour cream with the remaining sugar and cinnamon and apply to the casserole.
