Bread omelet with almonds and berries
100 ml milk
5-7 pieces trubnogo bread
3 eggs
1 a handful of roasted almonds
1 a handful of fresh raspberries (or other fresh or frozen berries)
1 pinch of cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
butter
salt
Crumble the bread, fill it with milk.
Whisk with sugar and salt to the eggs, add in the bread-milk mixture.
Grind the almonds in a blender or a knife.
Rinse berries, along with almonds to add to other ingredients.
Add the remaining spices to cook scrambled eggs in melted butter.
Served bread omelet with almonds and berries for Breakfast with fresh juice or cocoa.
