English pie
We offer to your attention a simple recipe for English cake with raspberry jam. In summer you can use berries raspberries as decoration for this cake.
For the filling:

Cheese (pasty) - 90 g
The oat flour - 80 g

To begin, prepare the base for the cake.
Mix cottage cheese, vegetable oil and honey.
Add oatmeal and vanilla, mix well.
Knead the plastic dough. Distribute the dough evenly on the bottom of the form, the form can not be lubricated, because the butter in the dough is already present.

In a coffee grinder grind the almonds. Connect butter (room temperature), sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and chopped almonds, mix everything well. Add eggs, mix well. Add lemon juice, stir.
