Omelette apricots
2 eggs
2 Art. l. milk
2 Art. l. sugar
15 g butter
2 canned apricot
4 Art. l. apricot syrup
pinch of ground cinnamon
Spoon half the chopped almonds
Rinse half of recipes taken apricots mixed with syrup and cinnamon.
Cooking omelet. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Proteins were whipped into a good lather and rub the yolks with the sugar. Zeljko combine with proteins and add to them the milk, mix well.
From the resulting mass fry until half cooked scrambled eggs, one half of it put chopped apricots, and on top of them - roasted almonds and pyureshku. Cover all this other half of omelet and bring it up to readiness.
Serve on a platter.
