Millet casserole with nuts and berries
100 g black currant
100 g cottage cheese
50 g walnuts peeled
1,5 Cup cereals millet
3-4 tbsp. sour cream 20%
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 bag vanilla sugar
1 egg
Millet boil until tender, allow to cool, beat the egg, add the usual and vanilla sugar.
To grease with margarine or oil silicone form, put 2/3 of porridge, smooth.
Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, put on the porridge, to put on top currants, nuts, then put the remaining porridge, smooth and greased with sour cream.
Cooked millet casserole with nuts and berries 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
