Blueberry jam
Ingredients:
1 kg blueberry
syrup:
1 glass water
1 glass sugar
1/2 lemon - fruit
Prepare a syrup of sugar and water and bring to boil. In the boiling syrup omit portions of blueberries and add the juice of half a lemon. On low heat bring to a boil and cook until done at least 30 minutes. Ready jam is poured into jars ready, allowed to cool at room temperature, then tightly capped.
