Jam with zucchini, walnuts and lemon
Proportions:
On 1 kg squash:
1-1.2 kg sugar
1.5 cup water
1 lemon
1/2 cup shelled walnuts

The finished jam pour into sterilized jars and lids with sterile cork and store in a cool place.
