Jam zucchini
Ingredients:
1 kg squash zucchini
1 kg sugar
1 pcs. lemon
Clear zucchini and cut them in the middle. Diced 3-4 mm thick. Fill with sugar and keep as yet not give juice. Then cook for 20 minutes. Finely chop the lemon. Add to jam and boil for another 20 minutes.
