Blueberry jam
1,5 kg sugar
1 kg blueberries
300 g water
2-3 g citric acid
Blueberries bust, selecting only good, not damaged berries, to omit selected berries for 5 minutes in boiling water, then drain the water.
Cook sugar and water, which was branchialis berry syrup, filtered it through 2-3 layers of cheesecloth, pour the syrup blueberries.
Cook jam blueberries 1 reception, removing the foam, at the end of cooking, add citric acid.
Then the canning is done as follows: hot blueberry jam poured on dry warm sterilized banks, tightly corked lids, jars turn upside down and thus allow them to cool down.
