Compote of blueberries
700 g blueberries
300 g sugar syrup 35%
1 l water - pour up
Blueberries go, wash in water, pour in jars and pour the warm syrup. Cover and pasteurized at 85�: banks with a capacity of 0, 5 l - 15 minutes, 1l - 20 minutes.
You can cook the compote and without syrup, putting berries in jars layers and powdered sugar.
