Compote of cherries and red currants
400 g cherry
200 g redcurrant
400 ml syrup
Cherry and red currant berries go, wash, separate the stalk, put layers in jars, pour boiling with 60% sugar syrup (600 g sugar, 400 ml of water). Pasteurized at 90 � C: banks capacity of 0.5 liters - 8 minutes, liter - 12 minutes.
