The cake vermicelli
200 g cottage cheese
200 g vermicelli
100 g small shells
50 g candied lemon
8 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cherry
2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. of Amaretto liqueur
2 tbsp. grated chocolate
2 tbsp. chopped pistachios
2 tbsp. chopped almonds
1 tsp. powdered sugar
? ground cinnamon

Cook separately "shells" and the noodles, adding salt. Combine pasta, add 1 tbsp butter, cool.
RUB through a sieve cottage cheese, RUB it with sugar and eggs, combine with other ingredients, put in shape, oiled, smooth.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool noodle cake and sprinkle it with powdered sugar, garnish with candied fruits, nuts and cherries.
