Cake with cherries
Ingredients:
250 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. sugar for the dough and stuffing - 1/2 Cup
125 g margarine
1 PCs egg yolk
700 g cherry
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. almonds grated
1/2 glass the blackcurrant jam
2 tbsp. water
1/2 glass walnuts chopped
Combine flour, sugar, margarine and egg yolk, quickly knead the dough and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, put in shape, nahcolite with a fork and bake at 200 �C for 10 minutes.
Pitted cherries put baked in the shape of the dough and sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with almonds.
Put the cake in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes, until the cherries are soft and the dough is light brown. Cool.
Jam mix it with water and melt. Cake brush the melted jam, cool and sprinkle with nuts.
