Ingredients:

3 pcs. egg

2 glass sugar dough - on and cream - 1 /

200 g butter

300 g margarine



4.5 glass wheat flour

1/2 h. l. baking soda

1 h. l. salt

1 kg sour cream 25% fat

300 g peeled walnuts

2 h. l. Cocoa powder

Butter and margarine chop into small pieces, add the sifted flour. Whisk the eggs, adding sugar until foaming, mix them with chopped mass. Extinguish soda with lemon juice, pour into the mass.

Knead the dough quickly, roll out a sausage with a diameter of 5 cm. 1/7 of the sausage roll in cake with a diameter of 30 cm, 1 cm thick. The rest mass roll out the layer thickness of 1 cm and molds cut out cookies. The dough easier to roll, brush hands and board vegetable oil. Bake the cake and cookies at 220 � C for 15 minutes, cool.

800 g sour cream, whisk the sugar, leaving 1 tablespoon of sugar. Chop nuts.
