Peanut cake

For the dough:

8 eggs

50 g chocolate

1 glass chopped roasted peanuts

1 glass powdered sugar

1 tbsp. black ground coffee

To prepare the filling:

2/3 glass chopped nuts

4 tbsp. butter

4 tbsp. Roma

3 tbsp. sugar

To decorate the cake:

0,5 glass whipped cream

0,5 glass roasted peanuts

RUB the yolks with sugar, add the grated chocolate, nuts, egg whites, whipped into foam, coffee and mix gently.

Divide the dough in half, bake in a greased form 2 sheets.

Combine rum, sugar, nuts, pour a little water and heat the filling with constant stirring, until it thickens, cool and add the butter, stir. Cover the cakes with cream, combine them and make peanut cake with nuts and whipped cream.
