Coffee cake
Ingredients:
210 g sugar
7 PCs egg
210 g almonds
110 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. starch
150 g butter
150 g condensed milk
vanilla
2 tbsp. strong black coffee
To test the egg yolks, mash the sugar, add the peeled and chopped almonds. Enter whipped into a strong egg whites and flour mixed with starch, beat for 1 minute. Bake in a low heated oven three cake.
Will proselyte cream cakes, laying them one on the other. The top cake decorate with cream.
For the cream, whisk the butter with condensed milk. Enter one drop of black coffee and vanilla, dissolved in hot water, mix well.
