Coffee cake with ginger
Ingredients:
2 glass wheat flour

1/2 tbsp. sugar - 3
1/2 glass powdered sugar 1 and 3/4 Cup for glaze
2 tbsp. rum
160 g butter
60 g ginger crushed
60 g almonds
1 g the essence of the fruit or coffee cake and the icing - on
Whisk eggs with sugar, add flour, knead biscuit dough and bake two cakes of the same diameter. Cool. Cut each cake into two parts.
Mix powdered sugar, coffee essence and rum. Cream butter, gradually adding sugar mixture.
Add the ginger, and 3/4 of the filling will proselyte cakes.
Grease the sides and top of cake with some cream leave for clearance.
Prepare a thick glaze, rubbed powdered sugar with coffee essence and a small amount of water. Grease the cake icing.
Chop, lightly brown the almonds and coat them with the side surface of the cake. Of the remaining cream with KINETICA apply a border on the top edge of the cake.
