Cake "Mocha"

100 g almond fried minced
6 tbsp. the sugar syrup
3 tbsp. white rum
6 tbsp. coffee

1 glass cream and chocolate glaze
Genuis cut horizontally into two cake. A little syrup mix with rum and part coffee, soak the cakes.
One cake grease part oil cream mixed with coffee, and cover with the second sheet.
The surface of the cake cover with remaining cream.
Before serving, refrigerate the cake for 2 hours, then cover with icing and decorate with chocolate coffee beans.
